The Open Studio

Monthly low-cost open hour in the rented office space. Drop-in coffee, no agenda, no clinical work — just a space for queer, poly, and kink-adjacent folks to meet other people in the practice's orbit. Quiet, considered, no networking awkwardness.

MONTHLY · IN-PERSON · FREE
— 02

Rope & Conversation

A quarterly evening at a private venue. Shibari-curious adults: a short demonstration with educator credit, structured Q&A, then small-group conversation about communication, negotiation, and aftercare. Educational, not a play space.

QUARTERLY · IN-PERSON · TICKETED
— 03

Polycule Potluck

Seasonal potluck gathering for ENM households in the Capital Region — partners, metamours, kitchen-table folks, parallel-poly people who don't usually meet each other's people. Bring a dish, bring whoever's yours, name tags optional.

SEASONAL · IN-PERSON · FREE
— 04

The Garden Workshop

Annual spring half-day at a local urban garden. Half permaculture instruction, half relational practice — turns out the way you talk to a partner about shared land mirrors the way you talk about almost everything. Hosted with a local farm partner.

ANNUAL · IN-PERSON · TICKETED
— 05

Cannabis & Couples

Quarterly evening workshop on intentional cannabis use in intimate life — desire, sensation, communication, what works and what doesn't. Co-facilitated with a NY-licensed cannabis educator. Educational, not promotional, twenty-one plus only.

QUARTERLY · VIRTUAL · TICKETED
— 06

The Divorce Salon

Monthly facilitated group conversation for people in the middle of separation or divorce. Not therapy, not a support group — a structured salon where people talk about the parts of separation no one else wants to hear about. Twelve-person cap.

MONTHLY · IN-PERSON · SLIDING SCALE
— 07

Queer Premarital Brunch

Quarterly half-day premarital workshop specifically for queer couples preparing to marry. A version of the premarital intensive condensed into a Sunday morning, with a local queer-owned brunch spot built in. Twelve couples max.

QUARTERLY · IN-PERSON · TICKETED
— 08

Late-Night Library

Bi-monthly evening at a local bookstore or library. A short reading from a clinician-recommended book on intimacy or relationships, followed by structured small-group conversation. The book changes; the format doesn't. Co-hosted with the venue.

BI-MONTHLY · IN-PERSON · FREE
— 09

The Quiet Retreat

Annual two-night Hudson Valley retreat for ten couples (or ten polycule subsets, or ten individuals). Slow pace, three structured sessions, two free afternoons, one shared dinner. Limited registration; applications open in spring for fall.

ANNUAL · IN-PERSON · APPLICATION
— 10

The Practitioner Circle

Monthly virtual peer-consultation hour for other clinicians, social workers, coaches, and educators working with kink, ENM, queer, and non-traditional relationship structures. Case discussion, resource swap, mutual sanity-checking. Sliding scale.

Virtual Workshops

Workshops built to be marketed on Eventbrite.

Each of these is a turnkey virtual offering — written curriculum, fixed format, repeatable. Built to scale beyond what 1:1 caseload allows.
